PVP Movies was a site created by me to host videos for the popular online game, World of Warcraft. The site grew quickly, getting thousands of unique visitors a day. I used Flash to stream the videos and offered downloads via BitTorrent.

I shut down the site a few months after launch due to the substantial amount of money required to keep the servers going while offering the large video files. It was a fun project that ended quickly from its own popularity. However, I learned a lot about streaming technologies, video and BitTorrent during the process.
